Equipment, timings and filming

PA includes 20 minutes setup and 20 minutes pack-down. Cameras include 45 minutes setup and 30 minutes pack-down. With both, allow 65 minutes before and 50 minutes after. Travel is calculated for your venue. Extra setup or waiting needs a confirmed price.

Supplements shown exclude VAT. Recording, receiving footage and promotional use are separate choices. Any recording restrictions should go in your brief. Missing estimates must be confirmed before payment.

60-minute private show: £500.00, plus travel, selected extras and VAT. Venue hire is not included. Hosting and other formats need a separate quote.
