Gift Card Conditions
Stand-Up.co.uk is a trading name of Contact25 Ltd, registered in England, No: 5042182. VAT Registration No: 984 3445 86.
1. Introduction
Stand-up.co.uk offers **electronic gift cards** that can be used to purchase event tickets through our website. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.
2. Purchasing a Gift Card
- Gift cards are available for purchase exclusively through stand-up.co.uk.
- Gift cards are issued electronically and will be delivered via email to the recipient.
- Each gift card has a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem the balance.
3. Redeeming a Gift Card
- Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets for any event listed on stand-up.co.uk.
- If the ticket price exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
- If the ticket price is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases.
- Gift cards **cannot** be used to purchase additional gift cards.
4. Expiry & Validity
- Gift cards are valid for **24 months** from the date of purchase.
- After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Gift card purchases are **non-refundable**.
- If a ticket purchased with a gift card is refunded (e.g., due to an event cancellation), the refund will be credited back to the original gift card balance.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
- Gift cards should be treated like cash – lost or stolen gift cards will **not** be replaced.
- Stand-up.co.uk is **not responsible** for unauthorized use of a gift card.
7. Fraud & Misuse
- Stand-up.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Gift cards **must not** be resold or used for commercial purposes.
8. Customer Support
- If you have any issues with a gift card, contact our support team.
- We aim to respond within **5 business days**.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by **English law**, and any disputes will be handled by the **English courts**.
